Clivet S.p.A. Export Business Unit is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to strengthen its Team. You will focus on our Residential, SPLIT, VRF and fancoil catalogues.
In this role, you will help building strong customer relationships by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and proposing innovative solutions.
What you will need to demonstrate:
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the working time;

You will have extensive interaction with Customers. Therefore, we would like you to envision your role as a bridge between our sales team and our Clients, providing the necessary technical expertise to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
Basically, we want you to take care of:
- Identify the solution that optimizes value for both the Customer and the Company;
- Support with system design consultation on the application (intended use) and specific project drivers;
- Manage any business-sensitive topics in collaboration with other Company functions;
- Train the Sales Network in product knowledge, its applications, and the ability to provide technical proposals to the Customer;
- Contribute to the creation of documentation and tools for the Customer's technical know-how;
- Actively participate in continuous improvement actions for products and services.
You will be responsible for:
- Autonomous activities planning;
- Meeting Customer response deadlines;
- Coordinating with the Technical Team to find the best solution for the Customer’s needs;
- Actively collaborating with Sales Team to provide tailored support;
What we are looking for:
If you have got a technical diploma (HVAC, mechanical) or an engineering degree (mechanical, energy), and you're excited to get started, you're already well-equipped.
- Then, of course, there are other skills that we consider a 'plus' and that would make you the ideal candidate for this role:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in the HVAC (HVAC systems design, etc.), ESCO, etc.
- Knowledge of energy aspects is preferred;
- Adaptability and team work are your skills;
- You have a strong ability to listen, understand needs, analyse and synthesize, and communicate clearly;
- Your use of English is good and fluent;
- You know how to interact internally with Colleagues and externally with Customers;
- You don't give up at the first obstacle;
- You enjoy organizing and planning activities in advance and adapting to the context.
