Fakeeh University Hospital is a hospital and medical university project developed by Saudi Arabia’s leading healthcare provider, Fakeeh Care, in an effort to drive academic advancement and extend quality medical services to support the local healthcare industry.
The University Hospital focuses on family healthcare and patient-centred services, targeting the growing community of residents in Dubai Silicon Oasis as well as in neighbouring areas.
Equipped to offer secondary and tertiary medical services supported by comprehensive diagnostic centres, the hospital works at a capacity of 700,000 patients per year, with an estimated 40,000 admissions and 20,000 surgical operations.
The challenge for this excellence in healthcare was to grant total comfort to patients and their families while saving energy and respecting the environment.
The new hospital is equipped with the most evolved technological solutions.
For the operation theatre two Clivet Clivet geothermal chillers for indoor installation were supplied.
Energy management and consumption control are assured by BMS (Building Management System) and IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) integration.
The result is a LEED Silver certified building which offers the best technology in the healthcare filed together with a very comfortable and welcoming environment.
